House of R’s creative direction.
Before House of R opened its
doors, she had already built a
reputation through STEP Group
Events for producing some of
Omaha’s most imaginative and
stylish private and branded events.
Rachel has designed and overseen
hundreds of events under the House of R umbrella—from intimate dinners and corporate galas to themed kids’ parties, luxe baby showers, micro-weddings, fundraisers, and corporate events. She’s equal parts detail-driven and dream-led—bringing fresh ideas, personal touches, and plenty of joy to every celebration.
Her favorite part of the job? Helping clients feel seen, celebrated, and completely at ease.

running behind the scenes—
managing everything from logistics
and vendor relationships to
big-picture vision and client
experience.
His fingerprints are on every event we touch—from weddings and corporate mixers to fundraisers and high-energy private parties. He’s known for his calm demeanor, quick thinking, and knack for making every guest (and every client) feel like part of the family.
When he’s not running the show, he’s likely spending time with his own large, loud, and much-loved crew—because at the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about.
